By creating an account and using SEO Briefs AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
SEO Briefs AI is a web-based tool that generates SEO content briefs using AI and real-time search data. We provide the platform and tools — the content briefs generated are intended as guidance for content creation and are not guaranteed to achieve specific search rankings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use SEO Briefs AI for any unlawful purpose, to generate spam content at scale for manipulative SEO practices, to attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service, or to resell access to the service without permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
The free plan includes 3 content briefs per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of the free plan may result in account suspension.
The content briefs generated by SEO Briefs AI are yours to use for any lawful purpose. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not copy or redistribute the SEO Briefs AI platform itself.
SEO Briefs AI is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content briefs will achieve specific search ranking results. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Briefs AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
